best place to get wheel bearing fixed/changed,my front wheels sound horrible whenever I drive it sounds like I have a flat tire,but my tires are in perfect condition.

Any small local shop should be able to take care of this for you, but you might be better off by telling them what it's doing and let them tell you what it might be that's causing your car to do what it's doing .The reason i say this is if you just go to the shop and tell them to replace the wheel bearings that's all they will do ,even if that's not the problem.
