The only %26quot;speciality%26quot; tool you will need is a 12 pt socket to take the hub and bearing retaining bolts out.
Are any %26quot;speciality%26quot; tools required to change out the front wheel bearing assembly on a 03 3/4 ton Dodge?
as far as taking it out no but you might need to put it in with a pressure machine take it to like a pepboys or lacal mechanic
