it could be many things such as bad tire balancing, defective tires, warp rotors or drums, bad wheel bearings, or tie rod ends, check both inner and outer tie rod ends for wear. finally check your rack and pinion.
Would it be the rim be warpped if the car is making a loud vibrating sound? after i changed both wheel bearing?
When you had it up in the air to change the wheel bearing, spin the tire and look at it head on and see if it wobbles.

Not trying to be a smart ***. But what is a Vibrating Sound? If it's an actual vibration its most likely the wheels needing balanced again.
front rotor could be a bit warped.
