Why wont my wheel hub come off?

I have a 2003 polaris predator 500. Im trying to change the front wheel bearing and i got the tire off. and im trying to get the hub off too. i used a puller on it and it still wont come off? why is it stuck on the axle?

aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh did you disassemble the brake caliper/??hd wheel puller works/havent had one yet that didnt come off
