Changing wheel baring on old (90) magna?

hi, the wheel bearing in my magna has been on its way out 4 a while, today i heard a big cracking sound, my b/f thinks it was the wheel bearing, now, i cant afford to gt it fixed 4 a few weeks but was wondering if it was safe to drive till then? if not what will happen if i do keep driving it? i need to get around and live waaay outta town,

any help would be great, thanks heaps.

relatively %26quot;cheap%26quot; compared to replacing the shaft assembly



it is riding on, which there is a good chance is already damaged.
