Do you need a press to change the front wheel bearing on a 1999 1.4 Megane?

I have a friend who says he will do the repair if a press is not needed, otherwise, I need to take it to the garage... can you help please, mechanics? Cheers muchly.

5 ton press is recommended the bearing has to be pressed on square and a press is the only way to do it, you can rent a bench press for not very much your friend would only need it for an afternoon much cheaper than the 拢200 plus a dealer would charge, change the cv boot and grease it at the same time
