depends?? are you bringing them the hub off the car and just want the bearing pressed on?? then about half an hour to 1 hour labor
if your bringing the car to them to removed and replace part on car...then maybe twice that???

Then look up a good independent shop at http://www.IATN.net/shopfinder for your zip code and see what they quote compared to the dealer. If the dealer is the same price, have it done at the dealer.
Around here about $300, thats with new front pads and rotors as well.
