Would bad wheel bearing cause steering wheel shake at 60-70mph? I got balancing, wheel change, rotor change?

tire could have buldge part in it , most peoples wont check the tread if leveled up or a bump on teh side wall from the sidewalk . loose tie rod or ball joint wont do it .proud mechanic for 10 years been a mechanic since i was 15 and i love it more and more as the days go by , i run a 10 bay garage i got peoples comiing from 100 miles away some diffrent state .good luck .reply back with you opinion as they matter for me .

Its either wheel balancing, or out of alignment if your tires are new.

Suspension part-most likely a tie rod if not above from other readers.
cheap tire or bad balance.
