What is the torque specs for a 2005 Buick Rendezvous front wheel bearing?

bad ABS sensor on front passenger side 2005 AWD Buick Rendezvous. must change wheel bearing and need torque specs.|||if you mean the axle nut then all i do is put all my weight on a breaker bar and cheater pipe to tighten it. they never came loose.
